Raumati Beach

Extensive Additions and Alterations to improve this tired 1970's house.  

The cladding was replaced with plywood and batten removing the swishy stucco and worn out cedar. 

The deck and dangerous spiral staircase was replaced with a new deck cantilevering over the pool with easy access via a new set of stairs to the BBQ area.

The pool fencing was reused - powdercoated a different colour and the layout improved.

Later Kapiti Architectural Design worked on improving the look of the internal staircase
